What Is The Best Breast Pump For A Decent Price?

I am pregnant with our 3rd and need to buy a breast pump. When I had my son I just rented the one from the hospital, which was $80.00/week 2 1/2 yrs ago. So I decided to just buy one. I am a stay at home mom, so I wont be pumping a lot, but want to be able to have the hubby and kids bottle feed the baby too!
Does anyone have any suggestions on which ones work the best? Looking to spend between $200-$250.
