Breast Feeding : Baby Chocking — Too Much Milk?

Four months, and my baby constantly pulls of breast and goes back on while feeding. He always chokes a lot too. I have a strong let down where it starts spraying and he comes out and it gets everywhere. Also, when I squeeze while he’s feeding it sprays!
My son nurses about 18 times a day because night times he almost nurses every hour.
Do I have too much milk or something? Why does he does this? :/
